Camp Coleman is such a beautiful camp. It was built in 1925 and is one of the oldest and longest continually run Girl Scout camps in the country. There are plenty of activities for the girls to do. Our girls chose the high ropes course, zipline, climbing wall and archery. There was a problem with not enough staff for the high ropes course, so they ended up doing low ropes instead. One of the troops in our service unit organized the weekend for us. It made it so easy for us! All we had to do was show up. They took care of planning meals, crafts and scheduling everyone for the activities and cabins. It know it was a lot of work and we were all very appreciative. The girls had a blast on our weekend there and we are all very sad that the Girl Scout organization has decided to sell the camp.
